You want to have a balanced life. Everyday is a new opportunity to achieve that. Studies show that by being balanced you can be happier. You need to take care of your health, your family, your career and anything else thats important to you. In fact by doing a little in each area of your life you can bring up your productivity in each. If you take care of your health it will give you a boost in other areas of your life. If you spend more time with family you can get charged up to go to work and pursue your career with more motivation.
Simply setup whats important to you to pay attention to for the day. Then through out the day track yourself. The good things will add to your score. The bad things will take points away. The importance drives how many points are added or taken away. Your goal is to try to achieve 100 or more points in one day. That will signify a good balanced day.
The beauty of this system is that you decide what is important to you. What is good or bad. Setup the categories and the items within those categories. Use the images provided or enter your own photos by taking a picture or using your gallery. Make it personal and related to you. That way with one glance at the categories or items you immediately relate to that item and decide to pay attention to it or not.
Use the template provided as guide of the type of things you can track and how you can track it. Feel free to delete items or categories that dont relate to you and add your own. Make it personal with your own pictures and images.
Everyday you start with a score of zero and you need to get it up to 100. If you have a bad day, dont worry ... you can start from zero the next day. Dont be discouraged. Changing behavior is a long game. Small changes in behavior will eventually accumulate into noticeable differences and improvements.
